The Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales (ETSII), School of Industrial Engineering of the Technical University of Madrid, has established an Internal Quality Assurance System (QAS) to promote the continuous improvement of the degrees taught at the school, to guarantee the systematic reviewing of the programs and to demonstrate its commitment to implement all the tools that assure that quality.

The QAS has been designed and implemented following the AUDIT program and supervised and approved by the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA). Additionally, there is an online suggestion box, in which everyone, from within the organization but also outside of the organization, can suggest, complain or congratulate. This suggestion box is called “Industriales Atiende”.
